Caitlin and Owen are playing in the family room, when Caitlin comes running over to me in the kitchen:
Caitlin: "Mommy, Owen says I can play with his tractor" (which just happens to be the toy Owen is holding onto at that moment)
Me: "Uh, Caitlin, Owen can't talk"
Caitlin: "I know...I said it for him"
Oh, the mind of a 3-year old
